It also confirms that our creative approach to cuisine, attention to ingredients, and the unique atmosphere of Savoré have been acknowledged by the independent inspectors of one of the world’s most respected culinary guides.
In their review, the inspectors highlighted the restaurant’s relaxed elegance, original fusion of Polish and European cuisine, and the dining experience built around flavour, atmosphere, and hospitality. They also praised our wine and cocktail selection, as well as the professional service that helps guests discover their own culinary favourites.
For many years, Gault & Millau has been regarded as one of the world’s leading gastronomic guides. Restaurants are rated on a scale from 1 to 20 points, while the awarded toques symbolise the quality and standard of the cuisine. In the Poland 2026 edition, Savoré received 13 points and 2 toques, recognising restaurants that offer excellent quality and refined, distinctive cuisine.
This year’s edition is particularly special to us as Gault & Millau Poland returns after several years’ absence. We are especially delighted that Savoré has been included among the distinguished restaurants featured in the very first edition following the guide’s relaunch. For us, this is not only an honour, but also an important confirmation that the direction we have been consistently developing is being recognised and appreciated.
